I Can't Log In. What Should I Do?
The Goal:
Get you back into your application in under 2 minutes.
How-To:
Go to the portal login page and enter your email address
Click 'Forgot Password' do not use the Magic Link option if you previously set a password
Check your inbox for a password reset email (check spam if it doesn't arrive in 2 minutes)
Click the link, create a new password, and log back in
If you still can't access your account, contact your Loan Officer with your full name and email

Requesting a Magic Link when you already have a password set will cause login errors |
The password reset link expires after 24 hours request a new one if it has expired |
If you see a 'duplicate email' error, you may have two accounts your LO can merge them |
