I Can't Log In. What Should I Do?

The Goal:

Get you back into your application in under 2 minutes.


How-To:

  1. Go to the portal login page and enter your email address

  2. Click 'Forgot Password' do not use the Magic Link option if you previously set a password

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check spam if it doesn't arrive in 2 minutes)

  4. Click the link, create a new password, and log back in

  5. If you still can't access your account, contact your Loan Officer with your full name and email

⚠️  Common Mistakes

Requesting a Magic Link when you already have a password set will cause login errors

The password reset link expires after 24 hours request a new one if it has expired

If you see a 'duplicate email' error, you may have two accounts your LO can merge them
