I clicked 'Sync to Encompass' but the data didn't transfer. What now?
The Goal:
Confirm whether the sync completed and recover if it didn't.
How-To:
Click 'Sync to Encompass' from the loan detail page
Do NOT assume success from the button state verify by opening Encompass directly
Check the URLA fields in Encompass to confirm data transferred
If the fields are empty or show stale data, wait 5 minutes and try again
If the second attempt also fails, submit a support ticket with: loan number, borrower name, and the time you attempted the sync
