My Co-borrower says they're stuck and can't continue the application
The Goal:
Unblock the co-borrower and get both applications submitted.
How-To:
Confirm the co-borrower received their own invitation link (separate from the primary borrower's)
The co-borrower should NOT use the primary borrower's link each person needs a unique link
Confirm the co-borrower's email and phone number are different from the primary borrower's
Co-borrowers do not need to wait for the primary borrower to finish they can start immediately
If the portal shows a hard-stop message telling them to 'wait', contact support this is a known UX issue
The loan card will show 'Wholesale Pending' until both applications are complete this is normal
